Backstage, Edge says Orton was probably right. He is a junkie for the Wrestling business. Orton wanted to talk about grit. Orton doesn’t know what that word means. Being gifted a spot of Evolution isn’t grit. Grit is when a man does things on his terms. Grit is fighting to get back here after nine years. Edge was wrong. Orton isn’t jealous of him, Orton is jealous of Edge’s passion. Orton is ok with just being ok. Orton woke Edge up when he put his hands on Edge’s wife. Orton dug himself into another whole. This time, Edge isn’t going to be the one who pulls Orton out.
Asuka vs. Kayden Carter
Before the match starts, Asuka mockingly asks Carter who she is. Asuka says no one is ready for her. As soon as the bell rings Carter is all over Asuka. Asuka surprises Carter with a hip attack. Carter gets two near falls before getting locked in an ankle lock. Asuka traps Carter by her leg and hits a German suplex. Asuka kicks Carter in the head. Before Carter can react, Asuka puts Carter in the Asuka Lock. Carter taps out.
Winner- Asuka
After the match, Asuka goes over to the commentary desk and yells about beating Alexa being easy peasy.
Earlier today, Flair attacked Rhea Ripley outside the Performance Center. Flair tells Ripley that she will see her at WrestleMania. After Flair walks up, Ripley gets up with a smile on her face. Ripley whispers, “yeah, you will”.
"You dug yourself another hole, didn't you @RandyOrton? This time, I'm not gonna pull you back out. I am gonna push you so far in, you will NEVER get back out!" – @EdgeRatedR
