Backstage, Shane is on the trainer’s table. Miz apologizes to Shane for losing the match. Miz goes nuts and starts tossing stuff around the trainer’s room. Shane tells Miz to go home and cool off.
WWE Championship Elimination Chamber Match: Daniel Bryan (c) vs Kofi Kingston vs Jeff Hardy vs Randy Orton vs AJ Styles vs Samoa Joe
On the way to the ring, Bryan complains that he is being punished for trying to teach the WWE Universe. The referees tell Rowan that he has to leave. Bryan says he doesn’t want to be called a martyr. Bryan is suffering for the greater good.
Joe and Bryan start the match. Bryan retreats to the outer part of the chamber. Bryan lands a leg kick. Joe laughs it off. Joe lands a leg kick of his own. Joe rolls Bryan into a kneebar. Bryan gets to the ropes. Bryan chops Joe. Joe laughs at Bryan again. Joe traps Bryan against the cage. Joe unloads on Bryan with chop after chop. Bryan tries a ranna. Joe reverses it into a powerbomb. Bryan kicks out but Joe transitions into a Boston crab. Joe turns that into a cross face. Bryan turns it into a pin. Joe kicks out. Bryan sends Joe to the outer cage. Bryan rams Joe into one of the pods shoulder-first. Bryan kicks Joe in the corner. Kingston is first to be released from a pod. Kingston gets a near fall after a crossbody off the top. Bryan drapes Kingston on the top rope with a suplex. Top rope flying knee by Bryan to Kingston. Kingston kicks out. Joe chops Bryan in the chest so hard Bryan is sent flying across the ring. Bryan climbs to the top of one of the pods to avoid another chop by Joe. Joe whips Kingston into the corner. Kingston leaps up to the top of the pod. Bryan runs away. Kingston chases Bryan. Joe pulls Bryan off the cage. Kingston hits a falling star splash off the cage!
Kingston catches Bryan with a flying back elbow for another near fall. Joe crushes Bryan with a running senton. Joe suplexes Kingston. Kingston kicks out. Styles is released from his pod. Styles destroys Joe with a lariat. Bryan and Styles trade punches. Styles DDTs Bryan and Kingston at the same time. Styles can’t hold either superstar down for a three count. Bryan starts to climb the cage. Styles springboards off the ropes and blast Bryan with an elbow. Kingston tries a sunset flip. Styles almost turns it into the Styles Clash. Kingston escapes. Ushigoroshi by Styles. Kingston kicks out. Kingston runs into the Coquina Clutch by Joe. Kingston walks the ropes and turns it into a pin. Joe kicks out. Joe puts Kingston back in the Coquina Clutch. Kingston jawbreakers Joe. Styles lands the Phoenominal Forearm! Joe is done.
Samoa Joe has been eliminated.
