According to a report from PWInsider, WWE superstar Luke Harper is set to return to the Performance Center later in the week. Harper has been out of action for a few months now, with his Bludgeon Brothers teammate Rowan returning from injury at the Royal Rumble in order to help Daniel Bryan retain the WWE Championship against AJ Styles.
