The Undisputed ERA was seen backstage cutting their typical promo when suddenly The War Raiders ambushed them from behind and they began brawling with all four members of The Undisputed ERA outside of Full Sail. Suddenly, The Undisputed ERA took over with the use of trash cans. Ricochet suddenly appeared and the seven begin brawling inside the arena that’s when Pete Dunne joined the fray. All four of the babyfaces laid out The Undisputed ERA and William Regal came out to officially announce that all eight men would do battle inside War Games at TakeOver to end the show.
Sorry for the shorthand coverage but I had to deal with trick-or-treaters and a dog. This was a wonderful episode of NXT that I think should be watched if for nothing else to show just how much you can get done in one hour of Television. Also, that tag team match between The Street Profits and The Mighty makes me sad that we don’t see better tag team wrestling on the main roster. Finally, the card for takeover is shaping up and it looks really well done with an old-school brawl closing us out!
