#1.) Becoming the longest-reigning Divas Champion
It was the final week before Night Of Champions 2015 and Nikki Bella was just days away from becoming the longest reigning Divas Champion. Charlotte, then an up-and-coming superstar, looked to stop her in her tracks and got her title shot advanced to that night, attempting to spoil the Bella’s party.
She would have a good match with her and the Bella’s tried using twin magic to help Nikki win, but it backfired and Charlotte seemingly won the match and became Divas Champion, with the crowd erupting. Unfortunately, Stephanie McMahon came out and told Charlotte that her win was invalid.
She would, however, give her the match at Night Of Champions later that week. Nikki Bella successfully avoided the biggest roadblock in her title run to become the longest reigning Divas Champion in WWE history. Charlotte did beat her later that week but the title was retired the following year, so it’s something that Nikki Bella will always have to her name.
After concluding her feud with Charlotte Flair the following month, she went on a long hiatus and only briefly returned on a full-time basis. She’s now entered the “part-time” category.
