Kurt Angle had his toughest test in his first-run as WWE Champion in a six-pack challenge inside Hell In A Cell. The odds were severely stacked against him as he took on The Rock, ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, Triple H, The Undertaker, and Rikishi.
The high-intensity bout is most known for the spot where Undertaker pushed Rikishi off the top of the cell onto some haystacks. All competitors were close to winning on different occasions during the match, but Kurt Angle managed to retain the title by the skin of his teeth after pinning The Rock.
