It was a surreal moment for Bayley as she walked into WrestleMania 33 as RAW Women’s Champion. You could see by the look on her face as she made her way down the ramp that she couldn’t believe the moment is real. When you see genuine reactions like that, it makes you live vicariously through them. While she came out in “Macho Man” tassels and the championship around her waist, it was clear that it was a fan at heart who worked tirelessly to achieve that very moment.
Bayley’s first WrestleMania outing would be to defend the title in a Fatal-4-way match against Charlotte Flair, Nia Jax, and Sasha Banks. In an intense elimination match, Bayley would last eliminate Charlotte to retain the RAW Women’s Championship.
