#4.) Survivor Series Elimination Match 1987
The first-ever Survivor Series main event saw an elimination match between two extremely star-studded teams. With Andre and Hogan leading their respective teams, here were the how they lined up:
Andre The Giant, Butch Reed, King Kong Bundy, One Man Gang & Rick Rude
Hulk Hogan, Bam Bam Bigelow, Don Muraco, Ken Patera and Paul Orndoff.
The incredible bout saw Andre’s team win after 22 minutes of chaos. Hogan was eliminated by countout in order to be protected. But it was Andre, who at the end pinned Big Bam Bigelow to pick up the victory. It would be a precursor to Andre beating Hogan just months later.
