#3.) Defeating the British Bulldogs at WrestleMania 3
On January of 1987, The Hart Foundation had defeated The British Bulldogs to capture the WWF Tag Team Championships. It was referee Danny Davis who allowed the Hart Foundation to use illegal tactics to win the match.
Due to Davis also affecting Tito Santana in a different match in a similar way, Davis was a referee-turned-wrestler, allying with The Hart Foundation. This led to a six-man WrestleMania 3 tag team match between The Hart Foundation and Danny Davis against The British Bulldogs and Tito Santana.
The Hart Foundation with Davis were victorious on the night in the grudge match in front of the largest crowd in the history of wrestling(at that point). It was a tremendous feat for the young up-and-coming team.
