Owen Hart is perhaps one of the greatest superstars to never win a World Championship. Perhaps he would have had he been alive, but he was constantly overshadowed by his brother Bret. Despite this, he had proven to be one of the most technically gifted wrestlers on the entire roster and he’s someone who is only going to gain more recognition as the years pass by.
He tragically passed away in 1999 after a tragic accident during the Over the Edge PPV. There was a lot of controversy over the fact that WWE had continued the show after what had happened. WWE has wanted to induct him to the Hall of Fame for a long time now, but his widow Martha still refuses to allow it to happen.
