The Make-A-Wish foundation has been responsible for many dreams coming true. There have been several celebrities who have granted the Make-A-Wish, but no celebrity has done it more than John Cena. As of 2019, Cena has granted over 600 wishes, a record number. He was the first to reach 500 and seemingly remains the highest-demanded celebrity for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Cena is a real-life superhero and the fact that he grants all of these wishes despite his insanely hectic schedule truly shows how great a character he is.
