#5.) Alundra Blayze vs Bull Nakano – SummerSlam
You might be surprised to see a Women’s match in the top 5 in 1994. This Women’s Championship match wasn’t a particularly long one, but it was effective in every way. Alundra Blayze had a strong showing against Japanese legend Bull Nakano, who had long spikes over her head. Interestingly enough, their styles really complemented one another and they put on a match that the crowd was really into.
There’s no doubt that this match was ahead of its time and they easily had the second best match of the night. It was just a tease as to what these women were truly capable of.
