Ember Moon was significantly pushed from the get-go in NXT. It was clear that in the ring, she was miles above every woman on the roster minus Asuka. Her becoming NXT Women’s Champion was an inevitability and after two failed attempts against Asuka, she finally won the vacant title.
She dropped the title around WrestleMania 34 weekend to a very game Shayna Baszler, but rather than chasing the title and extending their feud, she was called up to RAW immediately. After that, they did nothing with her and she’s yet to be in any significant storyline. She’s still young, but hopefully, they pick up on her soon, because she’s a huge prospect and can be a much bigger star than what’s being made of her.
