Sasha Banks is on this list instead of Charlotte Flair, which may surprise some, especially since Charlotte’s reign was actually much longer than Banks’. However, the big difference was in the way they carried themselves as champion. While Charlotte did undoubtedly do a great job as champion, Sasha Banks managed to make the title feel even more prestigious.
Moreover, with her cocky heel Boss persona, she proved to be the single hottest female prospect on the WWE roster. Sure, Charlotte found more success on the main roster, but as NXT Women’s Champion, nobody looked better holding the title than Banks did. Her two classics with Becky Lynch and Bayley certainly helped her title reign, and it was incredible from start to finish.
