The above clip is actually not the match in question, but it happened to be their rematch where the Hart Foundation would begin. Either way, there was a European Championship tournament to crown the first champion, and the finals saw teammates British Bulldog and Owen Hart go at it in the finals.
It would turn out to be a classic encounter, and one that saw The Bulldog pick up the big win to become the inaugural European Champion. There was a lot of heat between the two, and it led to the Hart Foundation being formed.
