#4.) He squashed Andre The Giant on the house show circuit
After losing the Intercontinental Championship to Rick Rude at WrestleMania V in 1989, WWE felt that they needed to build up Warrior again and establish him as a main event talent, whether he was champion or not. As a result, he would feud with Andre The Giant, primarily on the House Show circuit.
We all remember Hulk Hogan lifting Andre The Giant, but how many of us remember that Warrior did it as well? He would mostly squash Andre on the live events that they worked together. Andre was reportedly not a big fan of working with Warrior, but it helped further establish Warrior as a main event talent.
He would win the Intercontinental title back from Rick Rude at SummerSlam that same year.
