#4.) Getting one over Rick Rude
Jake Roberts and Rick Rude had quite an underrated feud in late 1988. The only part which you could consider a negative was the fact that the feud never really had a conclusive finish to it. It was around the time when Rick Rude began selecting women from the audience to kiss, and one day, he selected Jake Roberts’ wife.
This caused Roberts to get angry and begin a feud with Rude. Rude would then take a step too far, revealing tights which had Roberts’ wife Sheryl’s face on it. Roberts would come out and attack Rude to a massive pop from the crowd. He even ripped off Rude’s tights, leading WWE to add a “Censored” spot over Rude’s lower half. It was a great moment for Roberts and a shame that their feud ended in a DQ finish.
