#1.) vs Brock Lesnar – No Way Out 2004
This was the story of an incredible underdog who had a chance at redemption when he took on The Beast Incarnate. Brock Lesnar was WWE Champion and he was on an absolute tear. Guerrero didn’t seem like he had much of a chance, but this rivalry helped him tune up his intensity as a character, referencing the real-life issues of his addiction to pills and trouble within his family.
Everyone badly wanted to see Guerrero win the big one, and at No Way Out, he would have an incredible contest against Lesnar. Guerrero would lie, cheat and steal his way into a WWE Championship victory in what’s considered one of the most feel-good moments in WWE history.
