Admittedly, this is something that’s a long time away from now. In fact, a lot of this list refers to changes that will take place in the long run rather than immediately. With Tony Khan as owner, it’s more than likely that he has great media and television connections. His connects may very well help AEW secure a TV deal on a major network, putting them head-to-head with WWE.
AEW competing with WWE would be an incredible thing, as it would likely draw away some viewers from WWE, leading the sports entertainment giants to step up their game.
We’ve seen how WWE can respond to competitions in the Monday Night Wars. It forced them to come up with something new and step up their game big time. This could very well happen at some point.
