#1.) Worked manual labor jobs with Roman Reigns before signing with WWE
Prior to signing with WWE, the Fatu brothers and Roman Reigns had worked a manual labor job to make ends meet, while also drinking with the money they earned. One day, when drinking in a bar, their uncle Umaga came up to them and gave them an ultimatum to come with him to Houston and start learning how to wrestle.
While they knew the basics of wrestling due to their background, they weren’t aware of technique and many other factors. Booker T and Eki were the ones who taught them, and they credit the duo a lot of their success and giving them direction.
