John Cena was expected to be out for upto a year when he suffered a pectoral injury. He miraculously returned in just less than four months, entering at number 30 and sending Madison Square Garden into a frenzy. He received the reaction of a lifetime and it truly remains the greatest Rumble surprise to date.
Cena would go on to win the Rumble, joining The Undertaker in a rare list of superstars who won the entire thing entering at #30.
