#5.) Ember Moon
It’s still ok if she doesn’t win the Rumble because she’s still relatively new to the main roster. She hasn’t even completed a year yet, and though she’s pegged as a future Women’s Champion (and she will be), there hasn’t been a lot going on for her creatively. Apart from a brief alliance with Nia Jax, she hasn’t been in any storyline per se.
That’s alright because she’s still young and has a lot of years ahead of her on the main roster. A Rumble win would be quite a surprise, but it wouldn’t be the RAW Women’s title that she should go for, it’s SmackDown. Given that Asuka stays champion till WrestleMania, it’s highly likely that they could renew their feud at the grandest stage of them all.
We’ve seen Asuka and Moon put on two classics at NXT Takeovers in 2017, but it’s clear that there’s so much more they can do on a grander stage.
