#4.) Dean Ambrose‘s heel turn
This isn’t so much about the turn itself, but when it happened. When Ambrose returned from injury, he looked a lot different and he had a look in his eyes where you knew that he was going to snap at some point or the other. What people didn’t see coming was Ambrose turning on Seth Rollins on the same night of Roman Reigns‘ tragic announcement.
Not only that, but Ambrose and Rollins had just won the tag team titles, so The Lunatic Fringe snapping got him a lot of heat. The feud didn’t turn out as expected but a heel Ambrose was the right direction to take. It’s possible that there would be no other night where Ambrose would have gotten booed for turning on Rollins.
