#3.) Drew McIntyre
What a year it’s been for The Scottish Psychopath. After losing his NXT title in 2017, he was out for months with an injury, and instead of returning to NXT, was called up to the main roster right away. He formed a surprisingly successful pairing with Dolph Ziggler (which was obviously not meant to last too long).
He even managed to win the RAW Tag Team Championships with Ziggler and it became crystal clear that McIntyre’s second main roster run was going to be very different than his first. He returned as a completely different person – he looks like a warrior, he’s come leaps and bounds in the ring and is strong on the mic. He’s the best young all-rounder that WWE has today and the way he’s been protected, it seems clear that WWE has main event plans for Drew McIntyre.
He’s had a tremendous rise in 2018.
