#4.) Teaming with The Ultimate Warrior
Back in CWA, Sting went by the name of “Flash” and he teamed with Jim “Justice” Hellwig, who also happened to be the Ultimate Warrior. Warrior changed his name to “Rock” when he moved with Sting to UWF and together they were Sting and Rock, going by the tag team name “The Blade Runners”.
It wasn’t too long after that Warrior got the call from WWE. He accepted it almost immediately, while Sting was then forced to steer his own path. One can only imagine how the course of WWE history would have been changed had both signed together.
