#3.) The debut of the Crow
Sting had begun to change his appearance around 1996. His character started taking a darker undertone and he would be the first to rebel against the NWO. The NWO tried to goad him into coming out by having a “fake Sting” wrestle a match. The real sting came out dressed as the Crow persona that became so iconic.
He was offered a position in the NWO but he left them hanging without any real answer. Little did they know that he would end up becoming their biggest adversary in their historic run.
