#4.) Defeating Vader at Starrcade 1992

Vader and Sting had an outstanding feud between 1992 and 1993. With Ric Flair being in the prime of his WWE run, it was up to Sting to help carry the company on his back. His feud with Vader was perhaps the best in wrestling around the time. The dynamic that the two had was off the charts and their matches showed how much chemistry they had together.

Sting was the red-hot white meat babyface while Vader was the ruthless monster heel. On many occasions, Vader had gotten the better of him, but Starrcade 1992 was an exception to this. Sting had a huge chip on his shoulder after losing the title to Vader. By this point, Vader had already lost his championship, so this was a non-title bout.

It was a part of the “King of the Cable” tournament and Sting finally got one over Vader in the finals. Their rivalry, however, was far from done.
