#4.) vs Becky Lynch – Elimination Chamber 2017
In early 2017, Becky Lynch was chasing Alexa Bliss in an attempt to recapture the SmackDown Women’s Championship. For weeks, a mysterious figure known as La Luchadora appeared, being a thorn in Becky Lynch’s side. To prevent any interference, Shane McMahon set up a steel cage match between Lynch and Alexa Bliss – the second-ever in WWE Women’s history and the first-ever Women’s main event in SmackDown history.
Despite this, the steel cage didn’t prove fruitful as La Luchadora interfered, revealing herself to be the returning Mickie James. She cost Becky Lynch the title once more and began a feud with her. In her return match at Elimination Chamber, it was the young up-and-comer against the veteran. James had an extremely impressive outing on her returning, falling short to Becky Lynch.
Their feud would continue on and Becky Lynch would even beat her in a 2-out-of-3 falls match later on.
