Though Sheamus’ time as a main eventer in WWE may be done, he spent quite some time on top in WWE. He took less than half a year on the main roster to capture his first WWE Championship. And who was it against? None other than John Cena, the face of the franchise. He would go on to hold the WWE Championship 2 more times after that and even had a six-month run as World Heavyweight Champion on SmackDown.
A 4-time World Champion is an impressive notch to the Irish superstars’ belt. If anything, it cements his place in the WWE Hall Of Fame down the line.
