Sheamus had won the United States title on two occasions: From Daniel Bryan in 2011 and in a Battle Royal in 2014. While he didn’t set the world on fire as US Champion, he did go on to have some interesting feuds with the title.
His partnership with Cesaro, on the other hand, presented an interesting case. From bitter rivals, the two turned into polar opposite tag team partners, before eventually uniting on the same front. Together, they would win the RAW Tag Team Championships 4-times in the span of 13 months. They turned out to be a surprisingly successful tag team and their full potential is yet to be seen.
There’s little doubt they’ll rack up more accomplishments before their association ends.
