#5.) Dethroning The Bludgeon Brothers
The Bludgeon Brothers were on a tear in 2018. They put their stamp at Fastlane, attacking both The New Day and The Usos in their tag title match. They would constantly target the two teams and they would have a triple threat tag team match at WrestleMania, in which The Bludgeon Brothers crushed the two tag teams to capture the SmackDown Tag Team Champions.
In the five months that would follow, they would decimate all competition on SmackDown Live, even beating a reformed Team Hell No. It was clear that they were the top dogs of the division, but not if The New Day had anything to say about it. Their outstanding teamwork and quick pace helped them capitalize on Erick Rowan’s injury to once again capture the SmackDown Tag Team titles while also ending The Bludgeon Brothers’ undefeated streak.
