Ultra Violette wants to be a respected performer.
Ultra Violette is always looking to elevate herself, whether it be through her in-ring work, character presentation, or wrestling resume itself. Speaking with WrestleZone’s Ella Jay, Violette discussed some of her specific goals, such as molding herself into a well-known talent.
“It’s hard to put it in a certain way, but I just want to be respected,” Violette said. “Do you know what I mean? Just like when you think, ‘Oh, who do you want to wrestle? Oh, I want to wrestle her. She’s so great and she’s professional.’ I just want to be well respected, well known. I want to have a good association with my name. To have your name out there in the bubble with all the top names out there, that’d be like a big goal of mine.”
Within the ring gear department, Ultra Violette has drawn inspiration from several notable music artists, including The Pussycat Dolls’ frontwoman, Nicole Scherzinger. At this moment, Violette has taken influence from Columbian singer Karol G, and Blackpink’s Lisa.
“Right now I’ve been super into Karol G. She used to have these pants with the studding and all the rhinestones that came in. The ones I have right now is like a mix of Nicole and Karol — it’s like fused together,” Violette said. “My bangs, I cut my hair because of Blackpink’s Lisa. I got lots of girl-power inspiration all over.”
