The Hardy Boyz vs. Sheamus and Cesaro
For only having 12 minutes for a 2 out of 3 Falls Match, they did everything they could to make it interesting. The first falls were faster than needed, with the heels winning and then The Hardy Boyz winning with a Twist of Fate from Matt to Cesaro. More offense came quickly, thanks to Jeff going to the air. All four men battled on the outside, getting a double count out. Jeff hit a splash onto the champions to end the show.
We all expected something more, right? We expected The Revival or a potential championship change. This was hyped all night long and for it to be very average is disappointing. There was a lot of fluff on WWE RAW and I would have preferred 2-3 of the crap segments cut out to give these talented performers more time. This is going to continue, which I like, but they really had a great chance to make the night memorable and they did not.
No Roman and no Finn means someone needed to pick up the slack tonight. Samoa Joe and Brock Lesnar were the only ones to accomplish this. The bad part is that they took up 10 minutes of WWE RAW and then other 3 hours were rough to get through.
