With a loss on Sunday, you knew Mickie James needed a win under her belt. Even though not many people will remember the Royal Rumble pre-show match, you want to see this veteran reestablish herself in the ring to be a viable opponent for the Smackdown Women’s Champion, whoever it is. Tonight was an even better match with more complexity around it and more development from point A to point B. The finish was typical heel tactics and did enough to give Becky Lynch more anger to continue this feud for the next few weeks. I just wonder what WWE is going to do with the Smackdown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania. There is no way Becky is not involved, is there?
Who Does Dolph Ziggler Target Next?
Dolph Ziggler loses to Apollo Crews and Kalisto, yet is talking like he is going to eliminate an entire era. So, how does this make sense? Did WWE forget that he lost on Sunday? I like how he is disgruntled about people stealing his place in line, but at least add victories to his resume so it is actually logical to talk about eliminating an entire era. It simply made no sense to me.
