A New Star In the Making?
WWE Raw had the beginning and end involve Cass, who seems to be getting a HUGE push because of the Enzo Amore injury. He interrupted Chris Jericho and cut a really good promo. He would be booked in a match against him to MAIN EVENT Raw. Yes, you read that right.
With the main event, you knew something was up. Cass awaited Jericho, but he was attacked and Dean Ambrose revealed himself under the jacket. Cass was still at ringside as all of this happened and Dean Ambrose continued his feud with Chris Jericho. He cut his jacket up and got the upper hand to end the night.
Cass held his own all night and the injury to Enzo is only going to help both guys. Think of the pop when he returns. Look at how much Cass has done in the few weeks by himself. Starting and ending Raw is a big step up for him and a really big vote of confidence. Many thought he was not the greatest talker, but he is actually really good for how young he is to the general audience.
He may have been used as a pawn for Dean and Chris, but he shined brighter than both men. The 7 foot Big Cass could be a star in the making…
