One Squash, Two Squash
Apollo Crews took on Curtis Axel, in a very similar match from what we saw on Raw. I am absolutely in agreeance with this, allowing Crews to be exposed to much of the crowd and not over exposing him. He is the type of rare athlete that fights like a heavyweight and flies like a cruiserweight. By doing this type of match for a while, people will get to see enough to keep them on the edge of their seats.
The other match was Dean Ambrose vs. Tyler Breeze. My biggest question was “why?” I was thrown off by seeing this match, especially since Dean Ambrose is in a situation right now of danger. I really feel like he provided a very average match against Brock Lesnar. Maybe it was because it was only given 13 minutes, but Ambrose beating Breeze does absolutely nothing for him. It does nothing for the fans either because they just say a guy get crushed at Mania and now facing a guy who hasn’t won in months.
