Isenberg Reacts: WWE Raw “What In The World Are They Thinking?”

Sting Debuts on Raw

wwe rawThe Icon. The legend. The myth. The vigilante. Sting gets his first match on Raw against…Big Show. Annoyed. Frustrating. What the hell? Even though they make this a tag team match, as John Cena is involved with Seth Rollins as well, it was simply sloppy. 

John Cena already put on a great bout with Sheamus, one that was physical as it was smart. He gets in a tag team match and Sting gets a few more moves in. He looks fast and agile, but what the hell is with the t-shirt? He has had months and all reports are saying he is in incredible shape. SHOW IT! You will not waste anything by showcasing that he can still go and he can put on a good match. I would rather see this than now question his championship match against Seth Rollins.

The season premiere was more “what the hell” than “wow.” They let down so many segments and reminded us that this was a “go-home” show with a different name. All in all, Night of Champions have many questions surrounding it. Do we really want the answers, though?

His life outside of his obsession with wrestling include being a savant for Seinfeld, NFL, NBA, MLB and many television shows. He also has an undying love for musicals, which includes many shows he was a part of in high school. Some of his favorite wrestling moments can be linked to such superstars as Edge, The Rock, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels and The Great Khali.
