#2 – Sting
Most people who watch wrestling, or who have watched wrestling for more than a minute in the last 30 years, know who Sting is. But do you really?
Modern fans have watched Sting in TNA. But how many of you have actually watched his matches with Ric Flair? How many knew he fought Great Muta in a great contest, way back when WCW was still under the NWA banner? Who's actually seen the first couple of Wargames matches?
Sting has been named as the biggest star in WCW history. You can debate for days whether that's true or not, but he's a big deal regardless. He also wrestled in TNA for over a decade, making him one of the biggest stars in TWO (technically three under NWA) companies that have tried to compete with Vince McMahon. And…eventually…maybe…one day…probably…he'll be in a WWE ring. Going into the WWE Hall of Fame. Wrestling a match at WrestleMania. So do yourself a favor – before that happens, go watch these matches. Know who Sting is, so you're not one of those annoying marks who pretend to be a Sting fan when he does arrive.
