The Shield's Continued Dominance
The middle of the night featured the three members of The Shield defeating Kofi Kingston and The Uso's. The match was simply average from all men. They had some high spots, but the outcome left us with little to be desired. Ambrose hits his finisher for the win. It looks like The Miz's finisher, but he plants his opponent on his head. The verdict is still out on Dean Ambrose's finisher, but you cannot deny that he is so complete and well rounded. I know they are about a group, but I would rather see them in single's competition and identify what makes each of them unique in their own perspective. I want to see how they can evolve separately, but still keep the gang mentality. I love watching them each week and evolving as a group, but now is a great time to showcase what they can do separately. We know what Ambrose brings to the table, but I want to see Reigns and Rollins get opportunities.

John Cena and Ryback face off
-The beginning of the show gave us the stipulation for the WWE Championship match between Cena and Ryback. It ends up being a Last Man Standing Match, thanks to Ryback's decision. This is a great stipulation to salvage some of Ryback and Cena's feud. I feel like this will slow down the pace and make it more of a slugfest than anything else. It is logical and makes sense. The only other option I could think of is a Chairs or Tables match. Those could have odd endings as well, similar to Sheamus vs. Cena a few years back at WWE TLC. Ryback defeated Kane in the night's main event. It was a solid match, but the ending of the night was about Ryback getting the upper hand.
-Ryback comes out to "protect" Cena from The Shield. As they leave the ring, Ryback blasts Cena with a chair. Ryback stands tall and looks like a real threat to beat John Cena in a few weeks. It was simple, logical, and adds fuel to the fire. I love how they are meshing this storyline with Hell No and The Shield. That feud is arguably going to have 3-5 of the best workers in the ring together at once. They are all unique and different, but work perfectly. Two big storylines take center stage to end the night. I like how they stuck to their guns.

Brock Wrecks WWE Headquarters
-WWE needed to find another way to utilize their best heel, Paul Heyman. He showed Brock Lesnar ripping apart HHH's office. I loved how they showed Triple H's real name on the door. This made it feel more realistic. I also loved how Paul Heyman was able to do a play-by-play for us. His intelligence is second to none. It got more personal and more real. That is what this feud needs to rely on. I still want to see family members involved more. Maybe down the road that will happen.
