The Main Event:
The Big Show defeated Chris Jericho in the main event of the night. Jericho and Show put on a solid match, and it picked up when Big Show tossed Jericho over the announcer's table. A battle of two WCW greats and even better WWE superstars, as Jericho tried to slap him down time and time again. Jericho tries to gain offense, but Show chokeslammed him and he rolled to the outside. Jericho finally garnered some offense when Show missed from the middle turnbuckle. As both men reversed the other, Jericho was able to connect with an inverted DDT. I really thought Jericho was able to carry the match from a defensive standpoint, which is really hard to do. Big Show hit the Knockout Punch for the victory. Show stands tall, and Del Rio comes out to stare him down. The night was meant for Show to look dominant, without having Jericho falter so much. I have enjoyed all of Jericho's matches since his return, and feel like he makes any man of any size SO GOOD. This was on display tonight, and kudos to Big Show for keeping up. I would have loved to see more Del Rio, since he is the champion.
