What DID Bother Me: Tag Team Title Match
Last night would have been as good a time as any to let Rhodes Scholars take the belts off Kane and Daniel Bryan. It would have even added more to the spots later on in the Rumble match when Kane and Bryan eliminated each other. Rather, WWE opted to keep the belts on the makeshift team.
My biggest complaint was how easily and decisive Hell No won the match last night. It really wasn't even close.
Looking back on the entire program between these two teams, WWE Creative has been incredibly lazy with the booking. The focus has been more about Kane and Daniel Bryan hugging than it has them defending the titles against a respectable opponent. Promos to create conflict and build interest in the title matches have been fairly non-existent, and Sandow and Rhodes have come out on the short end of the stick the majority of the time.
If the idea is still to have Rhodes Scholars beat them eventually, they're going to have to work that much harder to get my interest back in it. It already feels like this feud has dragged on too long, and they really have very little to show for it.
