Santino Marella def. Jack Swagger
What I Liked:
Shockingly enough, this was a pretty good match with both guys hitting some offense. Swagger was able to look a lot more aggressive, especially with punches into the corner. Something so simple like that means a lot for the development and change in a character. Santino would win, which I scratchd my head about.
What I Disliked:
Why does Santino Marella need this? Why does he need a championship to be important? He does not, because Santino is stereotyped as a comedy act and that is it. The United States Championship is now made a complete joke, and I really wanted Swagger to win. This would have made him important again, to some extent. It would benefit him so much more than Santino. He would immediately get into the top 5 of heels on Raw, something he desperately needs to save his career. That did not happen, and I continue to wonder what the hell they are going to do with such a great in ring talent like Swagger.

What I Liked:
John Cena does a Star Wars related references about his match with Big Show. (I have never seen a Star Wars, so it did not go over with me. I am sure some people liked it and thought it was comical.) I loved that Chris Jericho would soon come out and tell John Cena that this is his night. John and Chris work so well together, add pieces of their comedy and personality in it. They are given the freedom. I also thought Cena in Money in the Bank was a good idea, because this is something that we have not seen before. It adds more interest than having guys like Justin Gabriel and Heath Slater in it. Now, you are more uncertain who is going to win the match. Jericho adds himself in also, as Vickie comes out and announces that Kane and Big Show are entered as well. Only former WWE Champions can be involved. I also loved the fact that Jericho kept his cocky and arrogant side, but pandered to the crowd and joked around as well.
What I Disliked:
I really think they need to add two more guys, Alberto Del Rio and The Miz. If they want to make things more interesting, return Rey Mysterio and add more athleticism. Ladder Matches are much better with guys who can work at a fast pace and who can make those memorable moves. They do not NEED exactly 6 guys or 8, but I fear they are only going to have these four guys, and that would be a huge mistake. Please add more guys in it, make it even more unpredictable.
