Number 2: Triple H vs. Stone Cold Steve Austin: Three Stages of Hell
40 minutes long, which included A street fight, a no DQ match, and a steel cage match, was breathtaking to say the least. Stone Cold and Triple H were embattled in a personal feud that everyone wanted to see. Triple H finally made it in the main event level in the WWE, but never had that one big feud with a guy like Austin. They battled all over the arena, inside and out of the ring, and bloodied one another to an insane amount. This match was not for the weak at heart. Austin and Trips were able to make a classic match, which was a hardcore 2/3 falls match something more. This is one of my all time favorite matches, and you need to just sit down and watch the essence of wrestling, physicality, and the skill to pull off a match of this magnitude. 2001 had so much star power. I miss those days.
