Number 6: WrestleMania 13
From the night located in Rosemont, Illinois, to the main event between two monsters, this night was just off. The crowd was not great, the atmosphere felt more like an In Your House over a WrestleMania. Bret and Stone Cold fought a fantastic match, one that will live in our minds forever with the blood dripping down Austin’s head. We got the Godwinns, Headbangers, New Blackjacks, and Doug Furnas and Phil LaFon starting off the night on a terrible and uninteresting note, followed by Rocky Maivia beating The Sultan. Could it get worse? Yes, as we got HHH defeating Goldust in an average match with no interest from the crowd. From there on, Austin/Hart was the only match worth going back to watch. Did anyone really invest time into Undertaker vs. Sid? I sure did not, and still do not understand the feud between the two. Bret Hart interfered twice, it felt awkward, and really did not make much sense in the long run. I would not watch this event again, what a minor league production. 3 out of 10, thanks to Hart and Austin.
