Sting causes tension between Jeff and Karen Jarrett. He shows footage of Karen saying Jeff is an easy loss and she wants to run the Knockouts Division. He goes on to fire both Jeff and Karen. I just wonder how long it will be until they make their return…Grade: B-. Should have been done in the ring and not backstage.
Bully Ray vs. Jeff Hardy:
What I Liked:
The match was solid, giving Hardy and Ray enough time offensively to execute their moves that make them who they are. They both have different yet unique identites in TNA, and it showed in this match. I liked how it took two Twist of Fate moves to finish Ray, as I do feel that move in not a finisher. Ray was very good selling the moves and using his brute force to capitalize on Hardy's miscues. The end was good as well, with Ray and Roode beating down Hardy and putting him through a table. I also enjoyed how they implimented Sting, who is seen as a supporter of Hardy. They continue to use Sting at a solid pace, yet not over exposing him.
What I Disliked:
I did not have any real complaints about the ending segment. I could only think of Styles and what he will do next now that Hardy is the number one contender. I also wonder why Anderson, Aries, RVD, and many other bigger names were not on the card tonight.
