Tommaso Ciampa seems like he could be one of those superstars who stays at NXT for a long time, but in reality, he’s probably not going to. He was arguably among the top 2-3 champions in the brand’s history and had an unforgettable run as NXT Champion. While he may never reach the same heights as a heel again, he’s an invaluable performer and will do well on the main roster, even if he doesn’t reach a World Championship level.
Moreover, the reality is that he’s on borrowed time, so he may want to try his hand on RAW or SmackDown and eventually a match at WrestleMania down the line.
