#4.) WWE put too much emphasis on the Smackdown FOX debut
From a financial perspective, the FOX deal fetches them a whole lot more than PPVs do. So for them, it didn’t matter as much. However, from a quality perspective, it’s a shame that they decided to forgo an entire PPV for the sake of one two-hour show. As it is, the SmackDown FOX debut was completely packed and rushed as well, which meant that they could have alotted a lot of time to the PPV.
However, they didn’t do that and as a result of the over-stacking of the card on Friday, the overall show two days later seemed like a pointless PPV.
