#5.) WWE rushed to wrap things up before the draft

Since the WWE Draft is right around the corner, WWE somewhat put themselves in a corner. While they ideally could have wrapped up all the existing storylines by Hell in a Cell, they didn’t execute it the right way and instead, decide to rush through. As a result, there wasn’t a satisfying conclusion for many of the rivalries, particularly the main event.

When there is a creative cluster, it translates on-screen. WWE knew they had to wrap things up before the draft and they did it sloppily.
