#3.) AEW still has a while to go before reaching NXT’s level
While AEW had a really solid show from the start to finish, Jack Hager’s debut didn’t really have the same kind of hype that Finn Balor and Tommaso Ciampa‘s return did. NXT was very careful in holding the returns back and made sure to do it on the episode where many eyes are on wrestling.
As a whole, the NXT show delivered, but it may be problematic for them if they can’t deliver on the same level weekly. They went out with all guns blazing from the start, so the positive side for AEW is that they have time to build a very consistent product.
