#3.) Brock Lesnar is long overdue for a run on SmackDown

Brock Lesnar made his name as a SmackDown superstar for almost the entirety of his first WWE run, minus the first few months before he became World Champion. In his return run since 2012, however, Brock Lesnar has been a RAW superstar through and through. While the brand split didn’t exist for the first three years since 2012, he was drafted over to RAW when WWE decided to bring back two brands on two rosters.

Brock Lesnar even dominated Monday Night RAW from April 2017 until April 2019, where he was Universal Champion for all but two full months. WWE probably felt that Brock Lesnar is overdue for a run on SmackDown, especially since FOX will obviously want WWE to have the biggest names on the brand that’s on their network.
